The founder of TRF Elevator has been in the elevator industry for over 8 years, with prior and extensive electrical background, from solar to commercial, customer service experience and most important, the understanding of what customers want, across the board. We have seen and heard the feedback from different customers from various industries where they feel like their hands are tied when it comes to certain aspects. Listening to the feedback, inspired us to create a company where customers feel like their needs are being met and they are getting what they are paying for, without hassle. It's like the old saying: With us… "you get what you pay for". That's how we want our customers to feel when they use our services.
